Speaking at a solidarity gathering along Gurney Drive in Penang, Tong Veng Wye of Aliran and Palestine Solidarity, Penang condemns the genocide in Gaza as imperialist barbarism.

He asserts that solidarity with Palestine requires us to stand up against similar imperialist attempts at domination in Venezuela, Cuba and Iran.
