Yes, the MOE and the DidikTV producers should be held accountable for that show. But they won’t for as is the civil service culture here, the brickbats will be deflected on to some unfortunate soul.
Teo Nie Ching is spot on- the MOE has the technical expertise to write the scripts.
Why were they not utilised?
Yes, you pay peanuts, you get … -in this case we were told the teachers were volunteers and had to write the scripts themselves!
