The general election is set for 19 November.
Unfortunately, the Election Commission has continually refused to allow postal voting for out-of-state voters. So, much like in the 2018 general election, the challenge is to help people get back to their hometowns so that they can cast their ballots.
This year, four initiatives – #PulangMengundi, #UndiRabu, #CarpoolGE, and #KitaJagaKita – have come together under one umbrella called #UndiBanjir with a mission to assist as many voters as possible to get back to their hometowns for the election.
BFM speaks to some of the key people behind the initiative, Joe Lee and Naim Ahmad.
