Meera Samanther, a lawyer and veteran women’s rights activist, was the longest-serving president (11 years) of the Women’s Aid Organisation. She also served as president of the Association of Women Lawyers for five years.

She talks to BFM about her journey, her struggles and the changes she has seen over the years.
