Want to know your rights and responsibility during an exercise to redraw constituency boundaries?

Screaming about malapportionment or gerrymandering is insufficient. Become an empowered voter by being an informed objector during any constituency boundary redrawing exercise.

With whispers of increases in the number of seats in Penang and Terengganu and an upcoming Sarawak redrawing exercise (from 2023), complacency is not an option. Rather, becoming an educated and empowered voter is the only option.

Become an objector

Now, we turn to the redrawing of constituency boundaries. We know there are many problems with our electoral boundaries. However, knowing is not enough for a call of action

Let’s say the redrawing takes place in any state. Do you, as a voter, know what to do? Like polling and counting agents, your role as an objector plays an important role in deciding the future of the country.
