Let me state from the onset, that I am against the PSR and hope the project will be still-born.
Yes, Khoo Salma has given a clearer picture as to what the PSR is involved. As to whether Island A or all three islands will be reclaimed simultaneously is still up for debate, I believe
Yet, to me the fact that the Federal Govt. no longer gives the project its blessings mean it is highly unlikely the 3 private developers [or is it one now?]will be willing to bear the risks!!
Is the Jedi President telling a lie or is it Chow Kon Yeow with respects who will bear fall-out if the project fall through?
No, I do not believe that Penangites should live in the idyllic past – development must continue but in a sustainable manner.
