MPs calling for probe into approvals for development of retention pond sites

Six retention ponds were approved by Kuala Lumpur City Hall for development, despite the development posing a risk of rivers in the city overflowing.

BFM speaks to Wong Pui Yi, a researcher at the  Center to Combat Corruption and Cronyism (C4 Centre), to discuss what goes into development order approvals and whether they’re being considered properly.
