MPs call for Parliament to reconvene

The general election losers are now ruling the country

Pressure for Parliament to sit is mounting, as politicians from both sides of the divide question the government’s move to suspend its sitting till the state of emergency is over.

BFM speaks to political scientist Wong Chin Huat for his views on why this is necessary, and how the Perikatan Nasional government can call for Parliament to sit without losing the power of government.
