Recent discourses have emerged, prominently voiced by Ewon Benedick, the president of the United Pasokmomogun Kadazandusun Murut Organisation (UPKO), advocating for an increase in the parliamentary representation of Sabah and Sarawak to one-third, as stipulated by the Malaysia Agreement of 1963.
