The bottom 40% of households have been among the hardest hit since the movement control order was first implemented in March, and many of them continue to struggle to put food on the table as much of the country goes back under the conditional movement control order.

BFM speaks to Dr Jeyakumar Devaraj to take a look at how they would benefit from the proposed Budget 2021, and who might fall between the cracks.
