There have been several reports in the media about corruption and bribery allegedly involving civil service officers including some who may be referred to as elites. This case may be suspected to involve some in leadership power positions.
Common perception that corruption and bribery cases and may be also Mismanagement Fraud Collusion Cronyism Embezzlement Bribery Kickbacks Nepotism or public funds and assets and procurement has been ongoing for decades with higher amounts and seniors involvement with little improvement THIS MAY HAVE BECOME AN ACCEPTED CULTURE AND ALL MAY HAVE LEARNT TO LIVE WITH IT.
