Existing code of ethics for the judiciary

The probe by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) into senior judge Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali has triggered an outcry from legal experts who feel this move could undermine the independence of the judiciary.

BFM speaks to Suhakam commissioner Mah Weng Kwai about the processes in place to sanction judges and lawyers for any breach of ethics.
