To any rakyat who cares, it is all too obvious that corruption is condoned by those in power now – just look at the appointments to the GLC posts & the large number of dedak feeding Ministers and Deputy Ministers.
So, all MACC has done is to throw out a red herring, to give an illusion it is earning its pay!!
Of course, behavioural traits like greed and lack of integrity factor into corruption.
As Cynthia pointed out, if the system is conducive for corruption as it is in our civil service especially the enforcement agencies, it is pointless to talk of the individual’s behavioural traits.
The backdoor PM has set the tenor for his administration – it will be one where corruption is rampant!
