COULD IT BE PERCEIVED THAT THIS CULTURE MAY HAVE BECOME ACCEPTABLE AND PUBLIC ADAPTER AND LEARNT TO LIVE WITH IT.
It may also be perceived to be in accordance to religious teaching.
Finally IT MAY BE A WORLDWIDE ACCEPTED CULTURE ONGOING FOR DECADES INCLUDING IN DEVELOPED COUNTRIES AND NO SHAME IN IT.
