I denounce the sudden and unannounced denial of access to my parliamentary office’s MyKhas Portal account.
The MyKhas Portal, managed by the Implementation Coordination Unit (ICU) under the Prime Minister’s Department, is a vital platform used to upload, manage and process applications under the Projek Mesra Rakyat (PMR), as well as other critical constituency allocations for the people of Subang.
This disruption was discovered on 20 May at noon, when my officer attempted to upload several PMR funding applications for schools within the Subang parliamentary constituency.
Upon contacting the relevant authorities for clarification, my officer was verbally informed by a civil servant that access had been blocked on the explicit instructions of superiors in Putrajaya.
In response, my office immediately sent an email to the ICU on 20 May, requesting the immediate restoration of access and a formal explanation.
The following day, on 21 May, my officer hand-delivered physical copies of the official letter to both the ICU at the Selangor branch of the Prime Minister’s Department and the ICU at the headquarters of the Prime Minister’s Department in Putrajaya.

As of 10:00 today, our office has still not had access to the MyKhas Portal restored, nor has it received any official written explanation for the restriction.
This statement is being issued at 10:05 to ensure that this issue, which affects the welfare of the people, is communicated openly to the public.
Attached to this statement are the letters sent to both the ICU at the Selangor branch and the headquarters of the Prime Minister’s Department, both of which acknowledged receipt.
Also attached are screenshots of our accounts attempting to log into the MyKhas Portal as of 10:00 today, showing that both continue to be denied access.
A cross-check with other government backbenchers in Selangor – including the other PKR MPs who attended Rafizi Ramli and Nik Nazmi’s event last Sunday – revealed that their MyKhas Portal accounts remain fully accessible.
This raises serious questions as to why the Subang parliamentary office is the only constituency being targeted and denied access.
If selective treatment has indeed taken place, it is deeply regrettable and directly contradicts the “Madani” (trustworthy) principles of a fair, transparent and professional administration.
It is particularly ironic that the ICU at the Selangor branch of the Prime Minister’s Department has recognised my office as a model parliamentary office, consistently commended for managing and processing files, documentation and financial accounts related to government allocations in a professional, orderly and procedurally compliant manner.
In fact, for more than a decade, and in line with our commitment to transparency, we have been publicly publishing our accounts, including our community allocations and spending, every six months.
Denying us access without notice or justification not only disrupts essential welfare initiatives for the people of Subang, but also unfairly tarnishes the excellent reputation of my administrative staff.
The use of selective administrative actions against an elected representative without prior notice is poor governance.
Accordingly, my office demands that the Prime Minister’s Department immediately restore our access to the MyKhas Portal and provide an official, written explanation for this administrative block as soon as possible.
