They are the cause for all the problems in the world. Just like the Pakatan Govt, wants to help the developers sell their unsold units to foreigners and let the locals sleep on the road

WORLDWIDE in MANY COUNTRIES the Billionaires and other rich who pay low taxes do pay the prescribed laws.
Problems may be with the tax laws which may be perceived to be biased to favor the rich via various interpretations of whet is taxable income and what is exempted.

WORLDWIDE TAX LAWS ARE DESIGNED BY TAX EXPERTS AND APPROVED BY POLITICAL LEADERS IN POWER WHO MAY BE PERCEIVED TO HAVE BEEN FINANCED [to get their positions of power] BY THE RICH VIA CAMPAIGN DONATIONS AND THUS THE RICH INFLUENCE THE DRAFTING AND APPROVAL OF TAX RELATED LAWS TO ENSURE THAT THEIR INCOME AND WEALTH ARE NOT ADVERSELY IMPACTED BY ANY PROPOSAL.

The rich return some in the form of philanthropy and get praised.
