Rina Harun has been receiving flak from the public, after photos of her posing in baju kurung at the ministry office surfaced on social media.
The comments ranged from remarks on her appearance to the shortcomings of her ministry’s work throughout the pandemic.

BFM speaks to Nisha Sabanayagam, programme and operations manager at the All Women’s Action Society (Awam), and Nadine Azman, a campaigner with the 111 Initiative, for their thoughts.
