Muhyiddin is not PM for all Malaysians – what a wretch we have for PM!

If the PM doesn’t care for these five states, then he shouldn’t care for the taxes derived from these states, says P Ramakrishnan.

Malaysians are flabbergasted that we have an uncaring prime minister who doesn’t care for the fate of Malaysians in five states. He comes across as a heartless politician of the worst kind.

When the number of coronavirus infection cases is escalating in Malaysia with two recorded deaths today for the first time, the concern should be for the welfare of all Malaysians.

We should take urgent steps to control this dreaded virus throughout the country and protect everyone – and not only those in the states that are controlled by Perikatan Nasional (PN).

The total number, as of today, has risen to 673 cases with 120 new infections. The situation is clearly worrying and remains very serious, and this is not the time to play petty partisan politics.

Inclusive politics must come to the fore, and no citizen must ever be given the stepdaughter or Cinderella treatment.

Does the PM realise that by excluding these five Pakatan Harapan (PH) states – Sabah, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Kedah and Penang – he is denying Malaysian citizens in these states whatever remedial steps that he is implementing in the PN-controlled states?

Undoubtedly, whatever policies that are devised and undertaken to fight this vicious virus cost money. The money that is being used comes from tax-paying Malaysians from every state.

Is it his policy that we, who are from the PH-controlled states, are not entitled to the safe measures taken to contain this virus? It is an obnoxious and un-Islamic discriminatory policy that is unfair and unjust. It goes against the principles of justice.

If he doesn’t care for these five states, then he shouldn’t care for the taxes derived from these states. If the five states are considered “haram”, how can the money from these states be “halal”?

If we condemn the discriminatory policy that affects the Palestinians, how can we practise the same discriminatory policy against our own fellow Malaysians? This exposes the sheer hypocrisy of these unprincipled politicians. They utter words in international platforms that they don’t honour at home.

We are moved to ask: “Where are your principles, where are your values and where are your ethics? Where is your dignity?”

Someone rightly said, “These stupid biases and discrimination are the reason our country is so screwed up.”

Malaysians will remember this blatant act of discrimination in the face of a national emergency and will punish all those who are party to this injustice come GE15.

Editor’s note: The chief secretary to the government has since apologised for the failure to invite the chief ministers from the PH-governed states.

I ask the M-Bumis, and other ethnic-minded politicians who have apparently forgotten the good teachings of the koran, the holy books, the teachings of simple grandparents, parents of yesteryears, teachers well trained in human, universal VALUES, and good leaders and friends,to make common-sensical, objective efforts, to change to BE MALAYSIAN. This Pm abolished the earlier English for Sc, Maths, Tech programme. Now,hopefully he realises the folly of it,as the nation’s PM.Teachers know the uphill battle, especially, with some groups of students. It is still a serious problem even today. The academic ratings tell us. Ts want to grow their charges. Many, Ts, Ss struggle to converse in simple Eng.Reading has to be encouraged++.HELP ALL, pls.

Quite a number of Malaysians realized that apparently some bozos believe that the 5 Harapan states are immune from Covid19 infection!

I continuously exercise my right to & freedom of association enshrined under Article 10 (1) (c) of the Federal Constitution.

This is unforgiveable. It is tantamount to committing treason against citizens. No amount of apologies or explanations is acceptable because you knowingly and willingly decided to cut off non PN leaders. Period. This is as far as matters should be allowed to sink into.

Sorry no cure for Malaysia not only with Covid 19 but in more ways than one. Some idiots never learn about shared concerns troubling the country.
