Bring Jho Low back to Malaysia, pronto

We must do all we can to bring back Jho Low for questioning, writes Wishful Accountant.

I was flabbergasted to read that our MACC was finalising arrangements to meet Jho Lhow (who has an Interpol red notice out on him) in Dubai.

Why were we indulging him and seemingly ready to bend to his whims. This would have made us look weak and we definitely are not, especially under our near gung-ho, zero-corruption administration.

Whatever he has to say, surely he can come to Malaysia and give his side of the story. Well, he can give his side of the story from anywhere; how about a press conference from wherever he is currently staying?

It would certainly have set a bad precedent for our law enforcement personnel to meet a ‘person of interest’ outside Malaysia, especially when that person is Malaysian.

Our law enforcement personnel were well known at carrying out late-night raids to apprehend ‘dangerous’ Anwar Ibrahim (on that occasion, they were decked in full balaclava) and an early morning raid on activist Kassim Ahmad.

Did they get to tell their story from a comfort of a hotel in Monaco or Ibiza seeping pina colada? So why even consider indulging Jho Low. It was mind-boggling.

I suggest we send our crack VAT 69, UTK and special branch personnel to apprehend this wanted person and haul his proverbial back to Malaysia for questioning, obviously with the permission of host countries.

After all, we gladly assisted in sending back Turkish nationals back to Turkey at their government request without any court hearing. Maybe we can get advice from Zahid Hamidi how to do this as this was done under his Home Ministry’s watch.

If all else fails, we can request the CIA to use their well known methods to apprehend him and send him back to Malaysia. After all, he is also under the radar of the US Department of Justice.

Whatever it is, we must bring that fellow to Malaysia and question him. What nonsense even thinking of meeting him in Dubai.

You guys are blinded by your euphoric success of deposing of Jibbie that you fail to understand that there is something isnt right with the PH Government handling of J.Low. They say there is no extradition treaty here and there but all it takes is one push of a button and one signature to get to him. How? The immigration Department can cancel his Malaysian passport and he is a persona non grata anywhere he docks his yacht. Comprende? There is more to J.Low saga than meets the eye.

Talk is cheap. Go get him and see. Singapore had a Interpol red notice since 2016. Wonder why they couldn’t catch him

Yes!!!! This guy is using his cunning and supposed genius to get away with a rap across his fingers. Our new administration should not bend to his wish. He may try to use his ill-gotten gains to win over anybody including investigating officials, to do his bidding.
