[ENGLISH VERSION BELOW] Gabungan Bertindak Malaysia (GBM) mengucapkan tahniah kepada Pakatan Harapan (PH) sempena kemenenangan bersejarah dalam pilihan raya umum 2018.

Gabungan Bertindak Malaysia congratulates Pakatan Harapan

Gabungan Bertindak Malaysia (GBM) congratulates Pakatan Harapan (PH) for winning the momentous 2018 general election.

We want to remind PH that their victory happened because Malaysians voted them to power out of the desire for a better Malaysia.

We hold Dr Mahathir Mohamad to his promise that his administration will not be vindictive and restore the rule of law and democracy to the country.

More specifically, GBM demands that the new government give priority to national reconciliation in light of the recent trend towards religious and ethnic polarisation in the country.

In addition, the PH administration must act quickly and firmly to repeal all draconian laws and reform key institutions to ensure a flourishing democracy for Malaysia.

We also expect the PH-administration to fulfil their pledges made in their manifestos and outline their policies for the country within the next one hundred days.
