But Najib has forgotten the statistic of the civil services ! He will claim he hasn’t been given sufficient time to do that, but more than four years since he became the P.M., nothing not even a tiny bit has changed. He will say that if he was allowed to stay on as P.M. for another 20 or 30 years to make the change necessary or he will swear again he will change !
